I can actually remember learning in high school history class that Ferdinand Magellan almost circumnavigated the globe. Mr. Kirby told us that he didn’t quite make it because he got killed in a brawl in the Philippines. I went back and did a little research and the details were slightly different than what I remembered. In any case, ole Ferd got in the middle of a scuffle and got himself killed.
Point of the story? Don’t mess with Filipinos. Just look at this woman below.
Ok, so she caught a foul ball between the eyes… but she took it like a real champ!
tough dork…

So did she exact revenge with the axe?
I would have paid money for that shiner, by the way.

I guess we have learned something today… Its not just “Don’t mess with Texas”
It’s also “Don’t mess with the Filipinos”
So Rob… Have you already washed the dishes today? Cooked lunch? Gave a massage the Fillipino butcher?
If not, I would be scared in your place…
Lazo who will think twice about visiting you guys now after seeing this pick…
P.s. No wonder Mackenzie have fled from Sarajevo…

maybe you don’t want to tick ‘em off, but if you experience Kapwa (ask Janet), filipinos are the most loving, giving, gracious and fiercely loyal people you’ll ever have the honor of sharing your life with. Janet, I love ya girl. and this place I’m in is my most favorite place I’ve ever been. Rob, if she gets her hands on a bolo, you’re in trouble.
